The Concordis Project will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer, for a full refund or exchange, mail your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. 

Shipping within the United States - we ship most orders by USPS 3-Day Priority Mail. It can take 1-3business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email.International Shipping - all international shipments will also ship through USPS. International shipmentscan take anywhere from 14 to 21 business days, excluding holidays. USPS tracking usually stops once thepackage has left the United States. Packages continue to their destination, but sometimes the package willlook like it is "stuck" in one place for a long period of time. For certain locations, the package will show"delivered", but all that means is that it has arrived at the local carrier and should be out for deliverywithin a day or two.
